Questions and Prescriptions Refills
For general questions and requests for prescription refills, send a fax, call between 8:30 and 4:30 M-F, or email us as detailed in our email guidelines.
- Phone and fax refill requests will be called in within 3 business days of receipt.
- Email refills will be called in within 5 business days.
- After hours and on weekends, urgent medication and psychiatric questions can be directed to the psychiatrist on call at 966-2050.
- For questions about billing and payments call Landmark Billing Systems, Inc. (815-965-8505), our billing services company M-F, 9AM – 4:30PM. Their friendly and competent staff is available to help you with any billing concerns you may have.
