• Initial Visit with intake and assessment (40 minutes) $320.
• Follow-up Medication Management (20-30 min.) $160.
• Medication Check with patient and family members present $180. (except for children and those with dementia, who will be charged the $160 rate due to the necessity of family members being present).

Psychotherapy Services

• Initial Visit with intake and assessment (45-60 minutes) $320.
• Follow-Up Sessions (45-50 minutes) $180.
• Crisis intervention for established patient (50-60 minutes) $240.
  

Payment for Services
We ask that you obtain the necessary referral and/or pre-authorization from your insurance company for your care here. We also expect that you will pay your co-pay at the time of service, plus any charges not covered by insurance. For your convenience, we accept cash, check, Visa, or Mastercard.
